- Putting Office Rent Declines into Historical Perspective – Torto Wheaton Research gives there thoughts on the direction of office rents are headed.

I do not recall who the investor's surveyed were. However, if they were institutional investors (REITS) a government bailout would save their hide.

I read through the Marcus & Millichap outlook and it had a very interesting perspective. Seems they agree like many that its going to take much more than removing the financial stronghold on the economy but many of the people they surveyed were looking for government stimulation. Interesting
